Blackberry Bramble
The bramble can be made with any berry and citrus. Our favorite is the blackberry with a hint of basil.
The Ingredients:
- 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz of blackberry basil simple syrup (see recipe on syrup page)
- 2 oz vodka
- Blackberry and mint for garnish
The Build:
- Add the lemon juice and the vodka into a shaker or mixing glass with ice. Shake or stir until the contents are thoroughly mixed.
- Fill a glass with ice and strain the lemon/vodka mixture into the glass.
- To create the 2 tone look in the glass, take a tablespoon and flip it over. Place it into the top of the glass against one side. Slowly pour the simple syrup down the back of the spoon so that it runs down the inside of the glass and deposits at the bottom. It is also fine to just pour it in and stir it.
- Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of mint.
