This very refreshing and visually appealing cocktail is a favorite Spring or Summer drink.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 oz of gin (you can use your favorite but to get the lavender color, use the Empress 1908 Indigo Gin)
• 1 oz of lavender simple syrup (see recipe on syrup page)
• Lavender sprig, lime slice, or mint sprig for garnish

The Build:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add the lime juice, gin, and simple syrup along with ice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
2. Strain into a glass with or without ice
3. Garnish with a lavender sprig, lime slice, or mint sprig
